Karen - Scheduling Coordinator
Scheduling Coordinator - Karen is responsible for most of the patient scheduling in our office. Her goal is to provide you with appointments for the treatment you desire at the times that are most convenient for your schedule. She especially enjoys the smiling faces of our patients. She enjoys counted cross-stitch, sewing, and working in her yard.
Chris - Treatment Assistant
As our primary treatment assistant, Chris plays an integral part in assuring your comfort during your time in our office. Her skills as an assistant are invaluable in allowing Dr. Karhan to provide the outstanding care we are thrilled to deliver. At home Chris enjoys counted cross stitch, sewing, and reading by the fish pond in her back yard.
Becky – Registered Dental Hygienist
Becky received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from The Ohio State University in 1994. Go Buckeyes!! She has been with Dr. Karhan since 1996. One of the things she particularly enjoys about being a hygienist is all the relationships she has developed with her patients over the years as she has helped them enjoy good dental health. Becky and her husband, Roy, have a son, Sawyer. They enjoy biking, raising small farm animals, and their dog "Kirby".
Sue Ellen – Registered Dental Hygienist
A Registered Dental Hygienist, Sue Ellen has been with Dr. Karhan since 1987. During that time she has enjoyed seeing her patients and their families as they have grown up. Helping people improve and then maintain good dental health gives her great satisfaction. She lives in the area with her husband and four children. Most of her free time is spent keeping up with her children's busy schedules. She enjoys traveling and family activities.
Melanie Weeman
Joining our office staff in December of 2011, Melanie has been a dental assistant for two years. She says she loves dentistry as a career because she enjoys helping people and seeing smiling faces everyday. Away from the office she likes to ride horses and can often be found doing a variety of things on the family farm. She also enjoys spending time with family, coaching softball, as well as volunteering for 4H and other activities. She and her fiancé, Nate, will be married this spring. Melanie looks forward to getting to know you.
